Initialise the gear locker
Add the ten items you actually think about. Weight and location can be filled in later; nothing is blocked on a complete inventory.

Build one kit
Pick a purpose you repeat: First Aid, Comms, Wash Bag. Set out the categories it requires, then link exact items where the item matters.

Schedule an event
Pull the kit into a dated event, pack against it, and record the review when you are back. That review opens the next cycle.
